I'm a total sucker for large, impressive structures, so photos like this one of the Viaduc de Millau get me every time. This is beautiful.

There is a nice documentary (Discovery maybe?) on how they built it, I got to watch part of it while flying between SFO and CDG. The sound was broken, but it was still impressive just by looking at the pictures.

That's a pretty epic bridge. I wish the new Bay Bridge eastern span could be that interesting, architecturally.
