Ha-ha.
Love Cookie Monster--and Prairie is cute in this. Cookie is actually my favourite Muppet--maybe tied with Kermit. Elmo is not even really in the top 5 though I can see why people love him.
One of the very best things about Sesame Street is that adults can watch with their kids and both of you enjoy it on your own terms. Who doesn't love Cookie Monster? He's a big blue id when cookies are involved--and they always are. :)
The guest stars they snag are amazing. If I recall the brilliant Ms.Kahn made more than one appearance?
The show is still great after something like 30 years.
I got reminded of how awesome another Jim Henson vehicle, The Muppet Show was, when I went to a reproduction of the show at Disneyland in Anaheim recently. Very fun.
